As the original equipment manufacturer, Clean Marine provides the full design, build, delivery, commissioning, and aftersales care related to any scrubber sold.
Installation, which includes the construction of the backpack (supportive frame encasing the scrubber), is the responsibility of the yard, with Clean Marine stepping back in for commissioning once the unit is fitted to the vessel.
Our manufacturing facilitiy is well located near Singapore (close to all major yards) with easy delivery of units across the world and we have lots of experience liaising with the yards where these will be installed.
Retrofit implementation timeline
The below diagram illustrates the typical process and time frame from purchase decision through to completion (subject to multiple variables). Works are completed in our own dedicated Batam facility, limiting the risk of manufacturing delays.

Training and aftersales support
Clean Marine offers a full warranty and service package post sale which includes regular kit audits, provision of spares, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
We operate services hubs in Europe, UAE, Singapore, China, Korea and Indonesia, but the aftersales team is able to service units in all major ports worldwide within 24 hours.
